Accuracy – Analytical method validation, hplc, pharmaceutical

Accuracy is also part of method validation different place Different terminology used for accuracy like recovery, truth value, biaus etc

Accuracy mainly defined Result of testing compound how much near by truth value.

Example: take azithromycin tablet 500 mg

Assume that their resulting percent of recovery as different stage

Actual different stage Test Result
0.1 % 0.099 %
0.2 % 0.199 %
0.3 % 0.295 %

Here say that its accurate method only 0.1 % change observed
